At NI Prop Hire, the majority of our products are made to order. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order.
Made-to-Order Products
As all products are manufactured specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering or no longer requiring the item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the damage may be required before a replacement, repair or refund can be considered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless manufacturing has already commenced. After this period, payments made may be non-refundable.
Delivery
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us of any issues as soon as possible. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
